With an updated version of our COBA Europe matting catalogue just released, we thought it timely to tell you more about some of the new products we’ve recently added to our safety matting range.

Deckplate Connect has been introduced on the back of the success of our established Deckplate matting. If you are not familiar with Deckplate, it is one of our bestselling workplace matting options, and has a distinctive PVC soil-resistant diamond pattern surface. The foam backing provides effective anti-fatigue relief making standing much more comfortable. Whereas standard Deckplate is available in rolls and metre lengths, Deckplate Connect comprises interlocking modules making it ideal for covering more unusual shaped floor areas. With Deckplate Connect, you can seamlessly cover as wider or as longer length as you require. Middle, end and corner sections (all 50cm x 50cm) make up the Deckplate Connect system.

Similarly, we have added Bubblemat Connect. Again, this has evolved from the popularity of our existing Bubblemat rubber anti-fatigue matting. It means that Bubblemat is now available as an interlocking system. Three modules make up the system – middle, end and corner sections available in black with yellow borders on the corner and end mats. Bubblemat has a raised ‘bubbled’ surface designed to promote healthy circulation by applying contact to pressure points in the feet.

We have also introduced a new product in the form of Orthomat® Dot. This is one of the latest products to be added to our Orthomat® range of anti-fatigue mats for the workplace. It is an ideal anti-fatigue flooring solution for locations subjected to light to medium duty use. It features a smart dotted pattern top surface, while its PVC foam composition creates cushioning underfoot. It should only be used in dry environments but is ideal for many different workplace locations. Orthomat Dot is available with or without yellow safety borders in either 0.6m x 0.9m or 0.9m x 1.5m sizes.
