COBA knows that Mother’s Day is about showing your love and appreciation for Mum, but with April Fool’s Day falling just after it this year we couldn’t resist using that to have a laugh.
So here at COBA we decided to join in with the banter by creating an spoof product launch for 1st of April to promote ‘MatFresh®’ the air freshening doormat.
Unfortunately, the mat is far from real. Putting the practical barriers aside for a moment, delivering a great scent at the front door was a lovely concept, however we agreed that in reality this was an idea the Dragons would turn their nose up at straight away.
The April Fools joke was designed and executed by the in-house marketing team at COBA. It was just a bit of fun and caught the eye of several influencers within the flooring market. It even fooled several team members within COBA!
