Which type of gym mat should I choose?

How are these gym mats different?
Sport-Tile is a high-duty, interlocking rubber tile gym mat option. A durable all-rounder for gyms, sport and leisure facilities. The gym tiles absorb impact from heavy gym equipment and provide grip and comfort underfoot. The interlocking tiles offer flexibility for the orientation you’re trying to achieve.
Weightroom Mat is a gym mat which offers robust floor protection in weight rooms and reduces noise from dropped weights. This type of gym matting is best suited for areas where weights are used.
