Home exercise has its challenges, in particular around a lack of cardio equipment or even just the space to move. Just a 5-minute exercise at home can make the world of difference to your overall health and wellbeing. In the video, which is part of our COVID-19 content hub, we’ve partnered with local Yoga instructor Sam to create this 15 minute home workout that you can achieve with just your body and a yoga mat.
