During the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic lockdown, millions of people are restricted to their homes for the vast majority of the time. Whilst in many countries there are allowances for outdoor exercise, it isn’t universal, and it also isn’t guaranteed should the rate of infections increase. Home exercise has its challenges, in particular around a lack of cardio equipment or even just the space to move. Just a 5-minute exercise at home can make the world of difference to your overall health and wellbeing. In the video, which is part of our COVID-19 content hub, we’ve partnered with local Yoga instructor Sam to create this 15 minute home workout that you can achieve with just your body and a yoga mat.
