Telesales Support
COBA Europe Ltd
We are currently looking to fill the above vacancy in our busy, friendly Sales department to support our Telesales Coordinator to gain new business with new and existing customers. You will forward sales leads, obtain new customers for new market areas and work together to build business with flooring contractors, existing customers, other target markets, etc.
Duties will include following up enquiries received, collating information and sample requests, arranging site visits for Account Managers wherever possible, monitor/collate information for sales leads' outcomes, send out mail-shots and report on the outcome, work closely with the order processing team, etc.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above or equivalent qualifications/experience. You will be experienced in a Telesales environment having a proven track record. Excellent communication and computer skills are required with good attention to detail and accuracy. You will be working to deadlines and under pressure and will need to be self-motivated, able to achieve sales via the telephone and able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team.
