Ordering from COBAeurope.com

When you have found the item you would like to buy select the desired size and colour from the drop-down menus, enter a quantity or length in metres into the text box, and finally click the 'Add to Basket' button. Your basket will update automatically. The number of items and subtotal are then displayed under the header on every page.

Some of our products are supplied as rolls, however you may require a specific metreage of that product. To specify a length in metres select the 'Linear Metre' option from the 'Size' dropdown menu. Then enter into the 'Quantity/Length' field the number of metres you require; while taking note of that particular product's maximum length. If you enter a length greater than that of the products maximum length you will receive multiple items. If you have any queries please email us here.

To view your basket's contents in detail either click on the 'View Basket' link under the header, or on the basket symbol within the header. In your basket you will see each item you have added, listed individually alongside it's description and price. To remove an item click 'delete' to the right of the products name.

Every item price is displayed in both exc. VAT (Excluding Value Added Tax) and inc. VAT (Including Value Added Tax) formats. This is to help make our site equally accessible to all users. The total VAT payable can be seen in your Basket. If you reside outside of the United Kingdom you must modify 'Your Location' by clicking 'change'. All major credit/debit cards are accepted and we do not incur any extra charges for their use. Accepted card types include VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, DELTA, SOLO, SWITCH & AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Delivery

Delivery charges are based on weight and there are three weight bands (see below). We offer free mainland UK delivery on all orders over £1000.00 (exc. VAT). If you have any queries please email us here.

UK orders are usually despatched within 2 working days after receipt of order. Orders are sent on a 48hr service with reliable courier firms. Delivery times for European an International orders will vary, please email us here for more details. At the Checkout stage you have the option of entering a separate billing address and delivery address. Please allow a period of 14 days for all deliveries.

You can collect your goods directly from us instead of having them delivered. To do this, set the 'Delivery service' to 'Collection' while viewing your basket. This will modify the delivery charge to £0.00 and you can proceed with the order as normal. You will be notified by email or phone when your order is ready for collection from our warehouse (Get Directions).

Order Tracking

You can view the status of current and recent purchases you have made from COBA by using our Order Tracking feature. All you need is your email address and the 'Order Ref' that was included in your confirmation email. Click here to track your order. The following are a list of status definitions.

Despatched	Order has been despatched from our warehouse and will arrive within 48hrs unless otherwise notified. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of bespoke products.
Not Sent	Order has been received but has not yet been despatched.
Out of Stock	Order is on hold due to low stock. Notification will be given when items are in stock and are scheduled to be despatched.
Refunded	Order has been refunded.
Ready for Collection	Your order is ready for collection from our warehouse.

Q		Which mat do i need?
A		We offer a huge range of mats for domestic, commercial and industrial environments. If you are unsure of what would be suitable, it may be a good idea to discuss your specific requirements with a member of our knowledgeable sales team on +44 (0)116 240 1055.
Q		Can I state a different delivery address to my billing address?
A		Yes. While reviewing your order at the Checkout stage you have the option to input separate 'billing' and 'delivery' addresses.
Q		What should i do if i receive damaged, incorrect or incomplete goods?
A		Please call us on +44 (0)116 240 1055 (8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) as soon as possible.
